He can’t even keep his logic straight. He manages to claim that such a system is a conspiracy meant to hurt minorities while also arguing it is unfair to the majority. Which only makes sense by creating a hypothetical where minorities are the majority.
The truth is that the only reason Hayes has an issue with the electoral college is because it led to a result he didn’t like. His demagoguery and refusal to confront the actual arguments about why we have such a system make that clear.
