Holy Hell the Chuck Huber Affidavit.....Let's get into this.

Right off the bat, Chuck, his own close long time friend, refuses to have Vics back. That is telling.
Others picked up on this, and I have no idea why Ty would include this affidavit in his response. It is bad.

This is Chuck Huber of all people discussing all the bad rumors about Vic from all the way back in 2003.
Libel-Proof.

Also blaming all of this on Chris. Wait what?
Yet another person who he is not suing, was responsible for calling him a pedo. But check out the date. 2013.

Why the hell is Ty submitting a document like this.
Admitting a policy was there. Wow.
The fuck is wrong with you Ty? Why would you allow this in your response?
Vic is a narcissist and that is the cause of his moral failings associated with his sexual behavior.

Wow. Just wow.
Who would do that? No one even blasted out that Ryan Kopf was behind your con and part of the company you, him, and John started and that it was being hidden from the public due to his reputation.
He stopped AFTER? Why didn't he get consent first?

A few more thoughts on the current lawsuit with the newest motions.

1/ 45 pages in a motion only dedicated to going after two specific topics.
2/ Casey is nothing if not methodical. He goes after specific things which is lost on many. In each he lays out numerous points of evidence when he only needs one. He is systematically tearing down the Plaintiff.
3/ Many tend to ignore or forget the fact that for this time, Ty and Vic are the same people. Everything Ty does is as Vics rep. It is smart when you can use someones own attorney against them. In this case Casey has laid out ways that both Nick and Ty have damaged Vics requests.

There is this letter I was asked about that apparently a youtuber showed and do I have a response. Yes I do.

In the Con groups I am a part of if you have something to say, you put your name and show behind it.

If you can't do that, then your opinion means shit.
2/ A couple of more thoughts though....

For the record, to me this comes off as a volunteer or lower level staffer Vic fanboy/fangirl who is upset Vic was bounced.

Notice the way they says "high level staff". So the writer is prob one of them. Cowardly smear of their show.
3/ I said awhile back the entire Vic debate was toxic no matter which side you were on. This anonymous letter proves it. A show gets involved with Vic at all and sees an attendance drop? Go figure.

Long time friend (three years) just realized today twitter had unfollowed him from my feed.

Fighting against the shadow bans, forced unfollows, quality filter bans, + outright censorship makes me wonder if twitter is the right place for me.

Im running straight into a headwind
At first when Milo talked about shadow bans I thought it was a ploy to increase profile visits.

I never believed anyone who said their tweets in particular were being blocked or vanished or hidden.

I never believed twitter would unfollow people for you while you slept.
But all of this appears to be true.

My average impression per tweet is lower than before and I have more followers.

When big accounts RT me, I get fewer impressions than before. So it’s happening to lots of us.

I beginning to wonder if my energy isn’t better spent elsewhere
