In an unprecedented UN criticism of the Palestinians, the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (#CERD), a UN human rights treaty body, urged Ramallah to combat "hate speech against Israelis" which it found "fuels hatred" & "may incite violence" & "antisemitism." 
The new report by the 18-member UN committee called on the Palestinians to "remove any derogatory comments and images from school curricula and textbooks that perpetuate prejudices and hatred."

In addition, the UN racism watchdog found that Palestinians laws and policies failed to implement UN treaties on racism, or to properly investigate complaints for acts of racial discrimination.

...is that once they signed all those UN human rights treaties (to sue Israel in world tribunals) there was a catch: the Palestinians would now be answerable themselves. But they can't deal with it, so their rep lashed out at us for briefing the committee:
I had to remind Mr. Hijazi, the PLO rep, not to cast aspersions on UN Watch's founding. When our founder Morris B. Abram was drafting the UN anti-racism convention in 1964—under which the Palestinians were just reviewed—his founder Yasser Arafat was fathering modern terrorism.
