Hello people 👋🏾
Today we are focusing on Service Providers and we will be talking about practical tips to increase your revenue by selling value to potential clients. Who is ready? Also tag a service provider you know!
Insight.
Always tell your prospective clients something they do not know. An educated and informed customer is more likely to patronize you because they trust you as the expert.
Empathy.
Always put yourself in the client’s shoes. Show them that you understand their problem. Ask them questions. Listen to them. Clients are more likely to patronize people who are empathetic.
Finally, simplify it.
There’s a myth that things have to be complex for clients to patronize you. No, this is not true. Simplify the process so the client can follow you along. Simplifying breeds trust and people do business with people they trust.
