Well @scotgov and @NicolaSturgeon, this is despicable.

I thought the Scottish government was committed to representing and supporting non-binary and trans people?

To recognising that a binary sex marker determined by our newborn genitals was not the summation of our gender??
I had THOUGHT that Scotland was leading the way in a progressive attitude towards trans and non-binary folk (and intersex folk who also identify as trans).

I had THOUGHT my gender as non-binary would not be erased or belittled by the Scottish government.

Apparently not.
The rhetoric that "sex and gender identity" are being conflated and thus only "binary sex" actually counts is absolutely anti-trans and propogated only by hate groups.

Hate groups that apparently the Scottish government have bowed down to.
