I have a unique perspective on this election. I started my career managing political campaigns, but after about 8 years of it, I burned out and decided my last campaign was going to be electing Bill Clinton.

2/ It was an amazing experience and I got to host Bill and Hillary at a rally the night after the final debate that really clinched the election.

I felt then as I do now, that I was doing something to change the world for the better.

3/ There will be many in #YangGang that will cringe at the mention of Clinton, but that was a beautifully run campaign and they fought hard for average Americans and also realized there were things they would have to settle for, that weren't great.

I've stayed engaged over the last 27 years, but I haven't taken a deep dive for any campaign. Since my time in politics I've been working in tech and startups as a founder and as an adviser on product, strategy, and marketing.

5/ I can remember several years ago walking into a Panera with my family and seeing kiosks for ordering. I turned to them and said this is the beginning of the end for many workers. Automation and artificial intelligence are going to suck up the jobs and you have to be ready.

6/ You have to understand the tech. You have to make yourself indispensable. It was then that I started looking at #UBI, because like @AndrewYang, I saw where the tech was going and I saw what companies I worked with were going to create.

@AndrewYang 7/ There are things we haven't even thought of, like what does an economy look like when AI does the marketing, the sales, and the purchasing? How does capitalism work when all the lines are blurred and we aren't really needed anymore. That is coming.

@AndrewYang 8/ That is exactly what we can expect. ANYONE that says otherwise is uninformed and doesn't understand the level of acceleration of tech we are facing. My kids are very likely going to be able to live to be 150 years old.

@AndrewYang 9/ People look at that statement and think I am crazy, but it is the reality of medical tech and AI. What happens to the world when people can live that long or longer and we are still creating more people everyday?

@AndrewYang 10/ Things will get really ugly really fast if we don't start solving the problem now. It is a problem now, but it will be a catastrophe very very soon. Mad Max will be real. I believe that.

So, I was looking at all the top tier candidates and couldn't have given a damn about any of them. They bored me with the same rehashed BS and the angry ridiculous kill the rich and save the world crap. I knew/know it is all a lie.

@AndrewYang 12/ Then I was watching the 2nd debate and a guy I hadn't given even a glance to had a few minutes to speak and I was blown away. He was saying what I had been saying. He was worried about what I was worried about.

@AndrewYang 13/ I ordered the book, digested the policies and not only did @AndrewYang understand the policies, but her had realistic plans to create a better world.

#ISupportYang, because he is right and because this candidacy excites me like Clinton's did and makes me realize there is hope for Amanda and Zachary and everyone else in this country.

@AndrewYang 15/ Someone is willing to step up to force the change we need now and before we have a full blown crises. There is no one else for whom I could give my support.
