2. Meat packaging: You can start by buying both poultry and goat meats from processors. Goat and broiler meat has special tastes and not readily available. You can brand and package these products and sell to some special customers.
You need a small cooling unit to start this.

3. Snail farming: Also known as Heliciculture. Rich people eat snail. You can start this business without no capital using your backyard.
Harvest and sell your snails at premium prices.

4. Mini Hatchery: You can search online for mini hatchers and start a small hatchery. You can hatch turkey eggs, cross breed local and exotic birds and hatch in your locality.

5. Pet Food production: Almost every houses in that estate has a dog,have you thought of selling them cheap quality pet food?
You can learn how to make good cheap dog feeds, package and sell to your dog loving neighbours
Aquarium fishes and cats also have feeds.The market is wide

6. Farm Sighting/Agro-tourism:

7. Honey production/packaging:Also known as Apiculture. Rearing of honey will only cost you some money. All you need is the tech know how and some time for the hives to mature.
You can brand and sell your original honey to supermarkets and individuals.

8. Goat rearing:
Don't waste your baba and mama's backyard. Get a male goat and female goats. Give them food and watch them multiply. This costs you virtually nothing.

9. Nut processing: Several nuts are available that can be process to edible oil. Sesame seeds, groundnuts, soya, coconuts are all special nuts that can be milled to special premium oils highly demanded in market.

10. Fish Business: You also need small capital to start this biz. Locate fish ponds around you, get a buffer tank to store your fish, sell per kilo to hotels, bars and people in your neighborhood. Everybody like catfish.
