1. Create a referral program. Referral programs are very effective. This was Dropbox’s main marketing strategy. Offer customers a discount or freebie for referring their friends and family!
2. Become a Trusted Resource: People do business with people they trust. A simple way to do this is send out educative content on your industry. Give your customers information that helps them do things faster, easier and less expensively.
3. Separate yourself from the competition : This is important. Help your customers see why they should do business with you over everyone else providing same product or service. Do you provided faster results? State it!
4. Promote the End Result. What benefits do people get from using your products? People don’t care about your products, they care about what your product will do for them. Always focus on the end result. Keep customers excited to receive your product.

5. Co-branding And partnerships. This happens when two brands come together to promote a single product or service. Brand partnerships generally increase the level of trust prospective customers have in a product or service. Especially when both brands are credible!
