Interesting findings from recent @JemenaLtd domestic demand response trial in Victoria, Aus: on average, householders reducing peak consumption by up to 35% on hot days, responding to financial incentives. Thanks to Helen Poulter @Exeterepg for flagging! jemena.com.au/getattachment/… 
As expected, the trial attracted higher proportions of price-driven, environmentally conscious, active consumers...
Importantly, @JemenaLtd also offer some thoughts about how to recruit less engaged consumers, who may be (as in this case) using more electricity, and whose participation could well offer greater levels of demand reduction.
