Color me well and truly stumped here, perhaps a microcar expert can ID. Closest I can come up with is a King Midget, but I know that's incorrect. "M" on the hubcap, if that helps.
Oh my word. 1946-48 Buick Sedanette radical custom. Looks like a 4"-5" chop, plus maybe a 6" full body section job, plus channeled. '38 DeSoto rear bumper. The amount of work that had to go into this is mind boggling.

NFL talent is by definition better than CFB talent, but on every other conceivable measure college football beats the hell out of the NFL.
When I moved to Chicago people asked me if I was a Bears or Packers fan, and my response was "I don't give a shit, I only follow college FB."

When they asked me why, I told them I didn't have to take an entrance exam to live in Chicago
I mean, the marching bands, the rah-rah student sections, the weird rivalry trophies, the wacky mascots, just inject it straight in my veins

1 Firstly, we'll reach peak political destabilization before any form of "collapse" happens, which will result in multiple "civil" wars in white countries, but possibly also in other countries across the world too
2 Obviously these wars are engineered by the System. Diversity+proximity=conflict, a simple equation that has never been disproved throughout the entirety of human history. Those in charge of the System are no fools, perhaps war is their intention...

The U.S. and #Mexico are announcing our intent to take a holistic & coordinated approach to stem illegal migration. Today we announced our commitment to promote a safer & more prosperous Central America and southern Mexico by enhancing security, governance, & economic prosperity.
The U.S. is committing to increase the project pipeline for @opicgov if commercially viable projects are identified in Southern Mexico & Northern Triangle. We will also review available financing mechanisms & tools, incl. private sector, multilateral banks, & regional partners.
In Jan. 2019, we are forming a joint task force and will hold a cabinet-level meeting to align our strategies. We will co-host a private sector business summit in early 2019 as well. We applaud #Mexico’s announcement of an unprecedented development program for the region.

So the long anticipated ICO freeze is coming techcrunch.com/2017/12/12/sec… is a good example of what's here now, and what's to come. I have three thoughts on this phenomena and how it's going to shape the markets as we go forwards into the regulated portion of the blockchain's future.
The first thing is that the smart money has always known the regulators were coming. reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comm… Obama made it clear nearly two years ago. Look at the length of the Reddit thread: people knew. The President told us the way this was going to go. Don't act surprised.
The second thing is that the regulators have an *amazing* array of tools at their disposal because people have been fleecing the public for centuries. Law evolves. Securities law, insider trading, anti money laundering etc. "Token" isn't a legal category so law gets to define it!
