I also announced landmark executive action to leverage our state’s $700 billion pension investment portfolio and transportation systems to strengthen our climate resiliency -- and make sure we’re putting our money where our mouth is.
In the absence of leadership, CA is stepping up and leading the way — meeting our climate goals while expanding our economy. Running record surpluses while Trump runs record deficits. We will continue that leadership — no matter how many threats we receive from @realDonaldTrump.
