Leave aside Corbyn’s racist obsession with Israel and Jews for a moment and look at the facts. The Palestinian population in the Palestinian territories is growing at about 2.4% per year, which is 33% higher than Israel's growth rate.
The above-average birth rate in The Palestinian territories has kept the annual growth rate very high for the past few decades. The population is also the youngest in the region, with a birth rate of over 4 children to every woman.
As of 2019, the population in Palestine was growing 2.65% annually - that’s roughly one birth every 4 minutes or 391 per day (U.N. estimate July 3019).
The grotesque mantra that Israel is guilty of genocide and mass murder is spread only by people who are historically illiterate and have lost all sense of proportion - or have a deliberate, malign agenda.
The situation in the Palestinian territories cannot stand a comparison with what happened in Nazi concentrations camps, the killing fields of the Khmer Rouge, the savage machete rampage in Rwanda, the mass graves of Srebrenica or the Al-Anfal chemical annihilation campaign.
The UN defines genocide as the “intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.” Israel haters reply, just because they haven’t succeeded doesn’t mean they’re not trying. Ok let’s put this to the test.
Either the war is not as unbalanced as they would like us to believe, or the Israelis are indeed a mighty military power involved in asymmetric warfare against terrorist Hamas but with the best intention to spare Palestinian civilian lives whenever possible.
History has witnessed many genocides across centuries and continents. But the Palestinian territories are not on that list. Ironically this is claimed by Corbyn who denied Serb genocide in the Balkan and breaks bread with Hamas, a terrorist group with a genocidal charter.
