Sometimes, you have to laugh at the stupidity of the left. It's only 2019 but they are already forgetting the Upper Midwest. Remember, Biden entered the race and was pushed by the powers that be because it was thought he would play well in states like PA, OH, MI, MN and WI.
As Hillary found out these are needed states for the Dems to win if they want to win the Whitehouse. Biden was thought to be that guy needed by Wall Street to hoodwink Main Street into accepting a crappy globalist economy.
Well, all of that seems to have been abandoned now. The powers that be are pushing Pocahontas instead. Their fear of Bernie is making them forget the Upper Midwest. Sen. Warren is not only disliked by Wall Street but she doesn't have the connection to the working folk either.
She is at her core an academic professor out of touch with both Main Street and Wall Street. Steel workers, coal miners, truck drivers, nor wall street brokers can form a bond with Pocahontas.
End of September/early October is the tail end of the time frame for someone to enter a presidential primary. The ability to gain funding, form campaign teams in key states and traction with early voting states voters is what drives that time line. We are at that point.
I highly doubt anyone else is getting into the race at this point. Still an outside chance of a Hillary or Bloomberg entering but that window is closing fast. The timing of this Ukrainian stuff isn't happenstance. The left really doesn't like Biden.
So the question becomes if Biden leaves what candidate can compete in the Upper Midwest? It appears that no one on the left is even thinking about this issue. Trump and his team are.. You might say that they are trying to prep the battlefield atm.
Spartacus is said to be dropping out soon. Heelsup hasn't been able to gain traction. Bernie is that old guy screaming at the voters to get the hell off his yard. Alfred E. Newman is a joke. Beto the furry, and Yang the money man are spinning their wheels. Salad lady is from...
.....the upper Midwest so she can at some level connect with the voters there. In other words if Biden drops out which seems more likely every day then the chances of the Dems retaking the Upper Midwest falls by a lot. Trump and his team knows this. The Dems can't win....
.....without at least some of those states. Pocahontas might play well in the Northeast and west coast but in the Upper Midwest, not so much. Forget states like GA, TX and AZ. Those will be denied to the Dems with Warren as the nominee.
With her record of government control and government take over...states like NV, NM and CO will be hard for the Dems to win. FL will as always be in play. However, NC won't be as much with Pocahontas, IMO. The battleground states might move to places like VA, MN, NM and ME.
BUT...even if the electoral map expands for Trump the election like in 2016 will hinge to a large degree on the Upper Midwest and the Dems have no one but Biden that can help win those states. If he is pushed out by the left, then they will have made the same mistake as in 2016.
They would have ignored/forgotten/taken for granted the Upper Midwest.
