Holy shit. It looks like Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing got the corrupt ex-Prosecutor in Ukraine to make ridiculous claims in a sworn affidavit for their new Ukrainian client. scribd.com/document/42761…
The ex-Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin made the statement in a case against Dmitry Firtash, the new client of diGenova and Toensing on September 4th. This is before the whistleblower story broke.
This new bit of info seems to suggest that diGenova and Toensing were aware of the plot to go after Biden. Not only that, but they got the Prosecutor to submit a sworn affidavit in a case regarding their brand new client in advance of that goal.
This STINKS. Russian mob-connected Firtash hired diGenova and Toensing in August and less than a month later, the Ukrainian Prosecutor is testifying in Firtash's case making outlanding claims about Biden.

I’m hearing from multiple sources that Joseph Mifsud’s lawyer Stephan Roh has been in touch with US govt officials as he pushes his conspiracy theory that Joseph Mifsud was Western intelligence.
I’ve studied Roh for well over a year and written multiple stories about him. He has threatened to sue me. Over the course of a year of research it has become painfully clear that Roh is operating as a Russian asset.
He has $50M+ in assets, properties in 5+ countries and has worked for Russian oligarchs, Russian govt contractors and his mother in law worked alongside the KGB.

Today @RudyGiuliani went on ABC and held up this affidavit as proof that the DNC colluded with Ukraine. Rudy, the jig is up. This affidavit was produced by Joe diGenova and @VicToensing in their case representing Ukrainian oligarch/Russian mafia insider Dmytro Firtash.
@RudyGiuliani @VicToensing This is a manufactured political hit job against the Democrats that was cooked up by Trump lawyers.

$50k a month received by Hunter Biden <<<<<< $ tens of millions received by Kushner from unknown offshore accounts
And this doesn’t even mention that Trump’s NSA, Campaign Chairman, Deputy Campaign Chairman were all literally agents of foreign powers.
