“If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, [the IC IG] will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form stated before August 2019.
Little reminder who the IC IG is:

Would be helpful to know whether Atkinson was part of or privy to the Obama DOJ’s scheme to infiltrate, surveil and/or sabotage the Trump campaign. Did he handle or help prepare the FISA on Carter Page since he worked directly for a DOJ official who did?

From July 2016 until November 2017, Atkinson was the senior counsel for John Carlin then Mary McCord. Both headed the National Security Division which played a crucial role in the Trump-Russia collusion probe. Carlin was getting updates from McCabe in summer of 2016...
Carlin’s shop oversees the DOJ FISA process so helped facilitate the FISA warrant on Carter Page.

Did Atkinson, as Carlin’s top lawyer, know about the collusion probe and/or the Page FISA?

I contacted CrowdStrike to ask for confirmation they organized the event and if they were paid by USG: No response. Regardless, wouldn’t this be a conflict? How could Comey and Co rely on the word of a partisan firm hired by Perkins Coie as evidence the Russians hacked DNC?
Also the president of CrowdStrike was an official from Mueller/Comey FBI. Further, one of the top deputies for head of DOJ NSD John Carlin, who helped organize the war game simulation with CrowdStrike in March 2016? None other than the IC inspector general...

I highly suggest reading the whistleblower's account firsthand and then taking in commentary when you are finished (this is very much the historian in me saying this but it's a hell of a document) intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/…
It is a straight up lie that the allegations in the complaint are separate from the memo of the call, as Rep. Turner said. Again, I suggest everyone read the complaint so they have a working knowledge of this stuff from the source.
It's WILD to me that Republicans are trying to go after the credibility of the complaint when we've all seen the memo of the call and the complaint, and they match. I assume they hope most of the public will hear their question rather than reading the documents for themselves.

He took it to the acting Director of National Intelligence, Joseph Maguire. 2/5
Acting DNI Joseph Maguire was "alarmed" to the point that he REFUSED to share details with Congress and make himself, by all appearances, look like he's protecting Trump.

The IG was alarmed that the DNI didn't give info to the House Intel committee. 3/5

1. With #AntiQ attacks on the #QAnon movement at an all time high, I think it's important to focus on one of the biggest proofs of what is really going on - the #sealedindictments. 45,468 at last count. You can click through to the PACER from reports here: drive.google.com/open?id=1KPh2A…
2. But is this real? Anyone can just make a Google spreadsheet with fake reports, right? I don't have time to count every single indictment to confirm the number. So I picked 1 at random, then went to PACER to see if I could verify it.
3. The information was not exactly the same, but matched up on both. A large number of sealed indictments are there on PACER, for anyone to see. Here's a screenshot of the report I picked side by side with the PACER report
