She put a computer in the basement of her home and had some personal techies made sure all her email communications were stored on and only on that computer, bypassing all govt and public computers, so nobody would have any trace of them.

5. That is just plain ILLEGAL for a govt official to do. All govt business must be conducted in a manner that all records are kept in govt controlled facilities. Govt also exercises strict control on who has what access to which records. All official records are govt property.
6. Govt has elaborate protections, hardware and software, to ensure govt computers cannot be easily hacked. Hillary bypassed those prudent security measures by storing her official communications on her basement computer, which was rather easily hacked, exposing national secrets.
7. Not only that, after she left her job as Secretary of State, she left behind no record of her official email communications in govt archives. When it was discovered, she was asked to provide for govt archives a copy of her official emails that only she had access to.
8. She refused. A subpoena was issued to obtain the records. After the subpoena was issued asking her to not tasmper with official records, she ignored the directive and asked her team to review all her emails and delete the ones she didn't want revealed.
9. She claims she only deleted personal emails, but has never been asked by anyone (shame on Comey and our media) whether she considered Clinton Foundation donations related emails, while she was SoS, as personal. Therein hangs a tale -- a sordid, disgraceful tale.

12. Records of Trump's communications with foreign leaders are now placed in more secure computers, i.e. fewer people, with higher lever of security clearance, have access to them. That is it. All records are being kept, and all are accessible, but fewer leakers can access them.

15. Intelligence Community's internal standards, built on the law, also required direct, personal knowledge of events for a complaint to be considered valid, up until last month. Suddenly, the complaint form was modified in August to waive that requirement.
16. Evidence is building up that there has been collusion between members of Congress, their staff, and people in the Intelligence Community to grease the skids for this particular whistleblower complaint to flow through. If proven, people should hang for this sedition.
