The Wife just said to me about Trump's tweet calling women, Jewish & WOC Democrats "savages"-- "He constantly wants to reinforce that some of us do not 'belong.' He Othertizes us purposefully, to strike a chord with his white base. It is meant to de-credentialize his opposition." 
"Look at who he cited," The Wife said. "Pelosi, Nadler--a Jew, AOC--a favorite flashpoint for the right because she's a beautiful young WOC with a Latinx name who they tell themselves doesn't deserve to be in Congress. His tweet should shock everyone, but we are so past shock."
The Wife said, "Trump reignited 'the Squad' in his tweet just like he still brings up Hillary. He has certain talking points he can't let go of. He doesn't believe women & POC should be in positions of authority. Like his saying Pelosi wasn't Speaker anymore. What an awful man."
