2. From the beginning, we've stated that the movie isn't the problem; easy access to firearms in America is. @WarnerBros must release this movie -- and all movies -- responsibly by leaning into gun reform.
3. @kaj33 suggests that our campaign extorts @warnerbros & slimes @jokermovie. Let's be real: if @WarnerBros announces it's ending political donations to @NRA candidates -- it will see a boost!! An overwhelming supermajority of Americans *support* gun reform.
4. @karj33 also says our campaign "can have a chilling effect on free expression." But we're not blaming @JokerMovie. We are blaming guns. @JokerMovie is being released all over the world but we're only having this convo in America. Why? B/c firearms are way too easy to get in US
5. @Warner Bros. has a right to create whatever art it wishes, but it also has a responsibility to its customers, employees, and all Americans to help keep us alive.
