I don't think it's appropriate to call for Bernie Sanders to drop out over his heart attack. If the doctors cleared him and he and his family are making an informed choice, that's all that matters.

In fact, I seem to recall a certain journalist tweeting out a video of Hillary Clinton stumbling as she got into a van on her way to the hospital with a caption of something like "Oh my god..."

I will never forgive the conduct of certain members of the media in covering Hillary Clinton in 2016. It was outrageously irresponsible, and they knew it.
