For those would like to know or learn, I am going to start a thread on how I make some of my memes.
I do Not have a computer, I am creating memes with phone apps on a Galaxy Tablet. Two apps I use for most of the memes are Infinite Painter for artwork and Pixelab for the text.

How I made POSO comic cover.
1st search internet for artwork/images and choose an image to use as background for altering the artwork.
Next, open/import the art work into Infinite Painter, create a new layer above the original artwork to paint over original.

Zoom in and alter the art and paint over text that will be changed...use the paint dropper tool to copy the colors so that it matches original.
When you hide the background layer you can see your altered work on the layers above... when done save file and open up Pixelab app.

Mobile Memetics 101: Adding the Text
Using the Pixelab app for text, I open the saved image in my gallery from the app.
I use this app to make the shapes for the word balloons, and I use the options to give text out lines or shadows, ect...then when all text done save the file.

Finally, open the saved Pixelab file in the Infinite Painter app, to zoom in and fix word balloons... creating a new layer above, use dropper to select color and paint over the small line on balloon arrow. Then it is time to post your meme!

My Galaxy Tablet came with a stylus it is similar to using a Wacom Tablet, my tab is 9.7inches, like drawing in a sketchbook...
I started making memes with a tiny iphone4 its screen was about 2inches and no stylus. This meme was the 1st I made.
