In response to renewed scrutiny, CrowdStrike posted an FAQ a few weeks ago:

“Are you affiliated with the Democratic party?”

But the DNC paid CrowdStrike $400,000 in 2016 election cycle. The DNC has paid the firm nearly $80,000 this year.

One of its top execs appears regularly on MSNBC to offer political commentary that - surprise! - is usually anti-Trump, anti-GOP. amgreatness.com/2019/10/07/tim…

Question: Why would an investigation into Burisma hurt Biden? If everything was on the up-and-up, how could it damage Biden’s candidacy?

Same Q about Clinton’s emails. We’ve been told any attempt to find her destroyed emails (which were under a congressional subpoena) was...
“election interference.” The takeaway is that the exposed info would’ve damaged—perhaps ended—either campaign.

Covering it up, refusing to investigate is the real election interference.
Every witness has admitted Hunter Biden’s role was a conflict of interest. Kent testified he had previous concerns about it. John Kerry’s stepson ended his association with Rosemont Seneca after Biden and Archer took their gigs with Burisma.

Client lost ton of money. Client and Co-Plaintiff file suit; Defendants file counterclaims. Four-week trial. Client loses on claims and counterclaims but Co-Plaintiff wins on everything except amount desired in attorney fees. 2/
Client and Co-Plaintiff file separate NOAs because interests are different; Client appealing entire judgment, Co-Plaintiff appealing only amount of fees awarded. Co-Plaintiff requests partial reporter's record (RR) but Client discovers complete RR will cost $20k. 3/
