I read in the FT it only applies to 13% of goods - the rest will be tariff-free - and just by running my eye down it I reckon averages 10%ish.

It would be good to get a more accurate volume-averaged assessment of what it is though.

I guess, overall it will come to 3-4 times the £15Bn customs paperwork figure that has been in the news recently. But it would be good to get it properly sourced, calculated and referenced.
