Trump here is egging ppl on against Somali refugees, turning communities against each other. That’s bad enough, but he’s doing it at a rally to endorse an antisemitic Republican who claimed Jews in the US govt have not just dual loyalty but dual citizenship with Israel. Gross.
That is, at a rally to endorse one bigot he pushed ppl to reach down deep and surface their own bigotry. Brings out the worst in people.
After Trump leaves office we’ll still have to deal with the fallout of all this. Don’t let him turn you into the worst version of yourself.
