Lol, i just heard this evening that @paxful will start charging 1$ or 1% which ever is higher of the two options on every internal transfer of bitcoin and customers will only have 5 times to make free internal transfer in a month, like LMAO @raypaxful

It still baffles me and leave me in shock why @paxful and @raypaxful will decide to charge such an outrageous fee on a Bitcoin transaction, 1% which means 10$ on 1000$, 100$ on 10000$, 1000$ charges on 100000$ bitcoin internal transfer 😀.

Even BANKs does not charge such an outrageous amount on money transfer, what’s now the essence of Blockchain ? What’s essence of Bitcoin 🤷🏽‍♂️ ?
Do you guys really beleive you have the user base enough and have become so indispensable that made you think people will accept this ?

And you know basically that Africans with Nigerians particularly, take the largest part of your total userbase.
Do you realy think Nigerians wil pay 1% internal transfer fee on any transaction above 200$ ? When majority of them dont even see a gain of 1% of transfers they make ?

Like do you really think Africans will chose #Bitcoin transaction which will cost them 1% of their funds over Banks that charge literally nothing to less of what you charges on internal transfers ? Then how are you helping with bigger picture of widespread acceptance of bitcoin ?

Like do you really think you are indispensable when there are other alternatives to you like @LocalBitcoins @remitano and all other P2P markets available to Africans ?
This’s a very bad and unwise policy/decision here, nobody will even protest or beg you to go back on the Policy.

Your userbase reaction to the changes will make you realize the big mistake you are making here. 10$ on 1000$ transfer, 100$ on 10000$ transfers and more are outrageous.

The funny thing is that the moment you lose your customers to other competitors, all your hardwork all the past years is wasted cos you will have to restart from beginning to get their attention back.
No matter how indispensable, nobody will support what will cost them this much.

This among many other reactions to come is just tip of Tsunami mass defections that will rock you guys soon. @raypaxful @paxful
