In 2016, a Black teen was sentenced to 19 years to life for setting fire to a mattress in Brooklyn that inadvertently resulted in the death of a responding officer.

4 days ago, the President set fire to a mattress on which he knew hundreds of thousands of people were sleeping.
The teens name is Marcell Dockery. “Even though the prosecution acknowledged from the start that he had not intended to kill or injure anyone, he was charged w/ felony murder.” Wasn’t just the judge’s sentence. The prosecution’s charge was also outrageous.nytimes.com/2016/06/15/nyr…
