How To Get Ripped If You're From India (Thread):

As you already know, the Indian diet is problematic.

It's high carb, low protein.

Which means:

- Less muscle gain
- Difficult fat loss
- Higher hunger/cravings
- Elevated insulin
- Lower recovery


There's good news - you can still get an absolute ton of protein if you do this right.

In my new Indian IF meal plans, you're getting 200g+ of protein on some days.

So it can be done.

Here's how to get ripped & muscular if you're from India:
1) Limit Ghee

It's nice, yes.

Use it in your recipes, yes.

But use it sparingly, as the calories will really start to add up fast.

2) Get Protein Powder

This is possibly the most powerful way to boost your daily protein intake, and it's something you'll be taking every day in these new meal plans.

India has:

- MuscleTech
- OptimalNutrition
- MyProtein

Have this with water, BEFORE your main meal.
3) Make Homemade Roti

Seriously, make your own. It seems to be the only 'healthy' way to do this, and I have a recipe in these new meal plans.

You have control over the ingredients.

You also have control over what DOESN'T go in there.

Very important for dropping the bf %.
4) Eat Lots Of Eggs

(If you can - I know this is a controversial area for some).

Eggs are going to be a strong, legitimate source of both protein AND healthy fats in your diet.

Key word being "healthy."

5) Eat More Lentils

Now, these are not as high protein as people make them out to be.

But they're a hell of a lot better than most food you'll find and they also offer a lot more fiber, and therefore, satiation per calorie.

6) Stock Up On Cottage Cheese

This one's very solid, and will be one of your bigger sources of protein.

Definitely get it on your shopping list.
