Protein is THE macronutrient that improves body composition.
Screw this up, and you'll lose muscle instead of fat on a cut.
You'll also have a difficult time building muscle on a bulk.

- Eating out all the time
- Eating too many carbs
- Eating too many fats
Start taking control.
And if you focus on lean meats, you WILL hit your protein target.
Less carbs, more protein.
In fact, I suggest getting AT LEAST half of your protein target at meal #1.
This gives you maximum flexibility in the evening, and gives you the best chance of smashing your protein goal.
If you've got a plate of meat, eggs, and veggies (highly recommended), then guess what you're putting in your mouth first?
Prioritise protein, not other stuff.
And yes, this ties in closely to point #1.
If you're still struggling to chew all that meat and get 150g+ protein per day, then I suggest having a protein shake per day.
