To preempt summary justice advocates who’ll claim the man’s actions were justified:
• No street was ever blocked longer than THREE MINUTES
• Reliably stopped traffic needed to hand out flyers; mostly well received
• We always step aside to let emergency vehicles pass

Showed the footage to @SFPD. “You can file a report if you want, but we won’t investigate.”

Why? They pointed to stolen goods being sold in broad daylight. “We don’t have time to investigate anything MINOR.”
