Staffer already knows about “whistleblower”

Sept 9—Bill Taylor, acting ambassador, texts his EU counterpart that it’s “crazy” to tie US aid to help with a “political campaign.” amgreatness.com/2019/10/18/ada…
Problem is that none of the info about the “whistleblower” was yet in the public domain at that time. His counterpart expresses surprise at the claim, tells Taylor he misunderstood and there’s “no quid pro quo.”

That same day, Sept 9, IC IG notifies House Intel about dispute...
with acting ODNI about the “urgent concern” complaint.

Again, nothing yet confirmed in media about “whistleblower.” So why did Taylor make that accusation via text?

Pure coincidence, I’m sure!
