1 SDNY recently joined the DOJ's civil div to back Trump’s lawsuit to block the NY St subpoena of his tax returns. Some ppl saw the hand of Barr acting as Trump's atty telling SDNY to back Trump. The question is- why SDNY? Why not just main DOJ civil div?

2 Today news broke that the Rudy & Associates case is "fairly voluminous." It includes records from 50 banks. Could the SDNY’s desire to keep Trump’s taxes from going to NY State prosecutors be related their content affecting the Rudy & Assoc cases?
3 It’s not a stretch to picture the Rudy's cases ensnaring Trump. All it takes is one check made out to Trump or Trump Org for his piece of the action. While a sitting president can’t be indicted, info from Rudy & Assoc cases could overlap or enhance the Trump impeachment case.

3 Bottom line- Trump is complicit in aiding Putin to take all of Ukraine. Attacking CrowdStrike is not just a Trump 2016 conspiracy theory aid. It's part of the Master Plan because the company is one of the best at exposing Russian malware attacks. Treason

1 Trump’s aberrant behavior has been given a pass, making it essential he be held accountable for every illegal order he has uttered to people like Mattis, Tillerson, McGhan & Kelly. Not holding him accountable for ordering criminal acts is dangerous, whether carried out or not
2 Trump has cracked. His long goodbye includes him doing his own twisted form of Positive Self Talk. He does it out loud to MSM w pathetic repetition. Ex-saying “President of Ukraine” & “perfect” dozens of times. He's trying to overwrite his fear of being caught committing crimes
3 The craziness & rage he does now will eventually fade as he shuts down. Colorado wall. Imitating Peter Strzok having an orgasm. Flipping off female astronauts. His "something very big" announcement tweet would be considered juvenile by middle schoolers if a classmate did it.

1 As expected Trump's lingering presence in the WH would expose his dementia ravaged condition. It's a preordained outcome. His breakdown happened on the world stage, ensured by enablers, grifters, a First Lady & family so lacking in integrity & decency they let him rot in public
2 We are at the point of mass public discovery of Trump’s cratering mental state (caused by Frontotemporal Dementia). That’s where a wide section of the public realizes there is something really wrong with him. The symptoms have been prevalent. Now he is delivering a freak show.
3 Facts & Fantasy are colliding exactly when Trump has lost his ability to convincingly speak to support the crazed conspiracy defense he feeds to his base. Right when he needs his people to believe his BS, he can only convince the most robotically hypnotized members of his base.

1. Trump's insulting letter to the #SDNY notwithstanding it appears unlikely that the court will rule before 9:00 a.m. Monday so there is a good chance that Mazars will produce his tax returns to the Manhattan grand jury. There will be a mad scramble to get a 2nd Cir stay
2. but there is a problem for Trump. I think the 2nd Cir panel in the @DeutscheBankAG case has the returns or at least what Trump told the bank were his returns. Justice Ginsburg is the SCOTUS 2nd Circuit justice so emergency stays are supposed to go to her.
3. Trump may try to get one of the conservative justices teed up to try to save him. For them it's a risky thing. We can impeach the justice for an ex parte communication. So I'm not sure any justice will be helpful. Especially with Trump starting to look
