The 9th Circuit today upheld a (limited) injunction out of California blocking Trump admin rules that would let employers opt out of Obamacare's contraceptive care mandate for moral or religious objections: cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opin… 
This injunction only applies to certain states involved in the case, but there's also a nationwide injunction currently in place out of Pennsylvania — the 3rd Circuit upheld that in July: www2.ca3.uscourts.gov/opinarch/17375…
The Trump administration filed a petition with SCOTUS a few weeks ago challenging the 3rd Circuit's decision.
