The biggest individual donor to the group appears to be Charles Schwab, the brokerage titan worth an estimated $7.8B. Over the span of three months in 2012, he donated nearly $9M.
-Gap cofounder Doris Fisher—along with her sons Robert, John and William—gave another $9M.
-Richard and Helen DeVos gave $1M
-Texas oil-and-gas billionaires Richard Kinder, Dan Wilks, Farris Wilks
-late Houston Texans owner Robert McNair were also among the donors that year.
-Wynn Resorts, cofounded by billionaire Steve Wynn and his then-wife Elaine Wynn
-Bass Pro Shops, the sporting goods retailer founded & majority owned by billionaire John Morris
- Dennis Washington, got rich in mining and railroads
-Leon Black, cofounded private equity giant Apollo.
-WWE Vince McMahon and wife, Linda who 45 later appointed to his cabinet.
