Completely full bus by the time we reached terminal 5. We skipped the remaining terminals and drove directly too the lot. 3/
Made it to the #LAXit lot! Very busy, but lots of staff direction people and traffic.4/
When you request a ride you are giving a four digit code. After you get to the front of the line, you wait at a numbered bay for a driver and then give them the code. 5/
38 minutes later, we are out of the #LAXit lot and on our way! 6/
Imagine if we put a fraction of the #LAXit resources into getting people to the public bus lot. Some fun branding and wayfinding, plus staff to help you get onto the correct bus. Currently, there's not even a place where you can buy or load a TAP card.
