Just this week was a good reminder that these stats are for MY experience alone. The campaign probably has many different lists that receive many different messages. Yesterday, @politicoalex had a big story in @politico on an email that I never got.
October was incredibly consistent. Getting 2/day seemed almost routine. When I only got 1 this past Sunday it caught me off guard. I had 0 days with 0 emails. 
2019 is now outpacing 2018 by 114 emails. I’m averaging 44.5 emails per month this year, even with January skewing the results a bit.
This graph just takes the emails/month and makes it linear, rather than showing the annual comparison. As you can see the trend is clearly going up (no surprise there). I’ve had 40+ for 7 months straight.
Impeachment is obviously the biggest driver of their fundraging strategy right now. Most emails mentioned it, and some that didn’t focus mainly on impeachment were still indirectly related (Pelosi, Schiff, Dems are bad).
End-of-month deadlines & Sweepstakes continue their domination of 2019. Impeachment started October in 7th place, ended in 5th, and should take over 4th within a matter of days.
Requests for donations made up 62.5% of the emails in October, which is slightly below average. For the year, donation requests make up roughly ⅔ of the total emails.
41% of October’s emails were “from” Donald J. Trump, with DonaldJTrump•com a distant second.
One of the more interesting things I’ve noticed lately is a shift in tactics with a noticeable increase in spammy from fields. I first talked about it last week.
On the year, DonaldJTrump•com is clinging to a slight lead, but that seems to be fading in recent months.
To simplify things, I’ve lumped all of those spammy from fields into one “Other” group for my Ebb/Flow chart, which shows the dramatic change here.

Speaking of Eric Trump & Donald Trump Jr.: they combined for 6 emails in October. This is significant because, as @Z_Everson points out, they’re theoretically “walled off” from their father’s administration.

One email in particular from Don Jr. caught my eye. It was sent by the RNC & offered a copy of his new book. This was only the 2nd email I’ve gotten all year from the RNC. Presumably they didn’t want Jr. DIRECTLY profiting from the Trump campaign itself?
I haven’t used these charts in months, but I’ll dust them off for that Don Jr. email. The RNC sent 1.6% of October’s emails, vs 98.4% from the Trump Make America Great Again Committee (TMAGAC).
For all of 2019 those percentages are 0.4% & 99.6%.

56 of October’s emails were combative (lies, racist dogwhistles, painting Trump or his supporters as victims, etc.). This has been WAY higher than usual after the impeachment news. The rest of 2019 had averaged closer to ⅔.

3 emails in October said Dems are trying to “destroy America.”
2 emails in October said Dems “want to ERASE your vote like it never existed, they want to ERASE your voice, and they want to ERASE your future.”
An email on 10/28 called the impeachment process a “political lynching.”
An email on 10/26 tried to tie Dems to Antifa.
The vitriol since the impeachment proceedings began has been off-the-charts, and often personal. So I’m going to focus on the personal insults for my completely subjective “Bottom 5” snippets of racist, misleading, combative or otherwise crazy quotes from October.

4️⃣ “These attacks won’t stop. They’re coming for you. The Do-Nothing Democrat Savages, like Nadler, Schiff, AOC Plus 3, and Nancy Pelosi, will do whatever it takes to silence your voice.”
5️⃣ “The FAKE NEWS moderators were too scared to even ask honest questions about Joe Biden’s corruption, Bernie’s radical socialist ideals, or Elizabeth Warren’s constant lies. Totally biased!”
For the 7th month in a row, I didn’t get any emails from outside groups. Last year the Trump campaign sold my contact info to various groups (more from @kenvogel and @maggieNYT: nytimes.com/2018/10/13/us/…). I’ve gotten emails from 5 different outside orgs total.
