Cults are bad.
Don't turn your support for a presidential candidate into cultish devotion. They each have major flaws--yes, even the one you adore--BUT they are all (except Tulsi Gabbard) immeasurably better than Tang the Corruptor. So promote what's good about your person.

Democrats and progressives claiming NOW, a year before the election that they won't vote for X if they are the nominee? You are working a disinformation campaign. There will be the nominee & there will be Trump. Just like 2016. Be prepared to explain your Trump vote every day.

You have several months to push your candidate on their merits and policy.
All four of the top tier plus Harris beats Trump in every poll. So that "electability" nonsense is really just about getting people to choose your candidate. Fight for your person's policy.

All that said, do NOT force me to vote for a one-termer next November. That is a destructive choice and Democrats have much better options. And remember, millions of kids turn 18 next year. Your candidate has to be worthy of their votes, too. Not just the 50+ voters.

In 2016 people ceded the SCOTUS and the lives of LGBTQ and immigrants and other vulnerable communities with their smug Trump proxy votes. Don't be that person. Be accountable. This isn't about you, it's about brown kids in cages, repro rights, LGBTQ, Muslims and Jews, AMERICA.

Oh & white people? Get it together. You totally effed this country with your Trump votes (I know--#NotAllWhitePeople).
Get your white friends or family on board now. We have to drive that 2% of white women (white men haven't voted majority Democrat since 1964) away from Trump.
