The thing is, I think Democrats are foolish to go too detailed at this point with policy.
A typical voter at this point is not poring through pages of calculations, they just want the 35,000 foot picture of how a Biden, Warren, Sanders, Harris et al presidency will be different.

The only people at this point who really care about policy are the opposing party's strategists, who are looking for the ugliest sounding bits that they can put in attack ads.

At this point, if I was a candidate and I was asked about health care, I would say: My plan is to have a public option, you can buy into Medicare or Medicaid but I won't abolish your current plan. And I will work with Congress on the details.
That's really all we need right now.

Any candidate who is offering more details on their health care plan than that is 1) boring the schmates out of undecided voters, and 2) giving opposition researchers unnecessary ammunition.
