And that's not to say that State institutions are highly functional but they are all taxpayers have to project power, protect our interests and enforce our will on other nations. Trump has tried to become a dictator and outsource power to rogue actors. This is his greatest crime.

What is missing from Trump's listed accomplishments are any attempt to build on humanistic or individual rights. The beacon that brings migrants here to build what we call America and not makes the mistakes that drove many people here from other less evolved nations.
