So what if back in April the president started tracking all communications between State Dept employees and Ukraine? Which would roll up at the very minimum Schiffs staff, Vindman, Yavanovitch, Taylor, and the Whistleblower. Then @realDonaldTrump plans the next call with Ukraine

Remember Vindman was going to alter the transcript of the call. He was going to "Fill in the Omissions" @realDonaldTrump beat him to it and released the transcript.

My theory is Vindman coordinated with Schiffs staff who coordinated with Schiff about the transcript.

They thought he was going to add the omissions which would of propped the Impeachment sham to the next level. Which is why Pelosi claimed to not see the transcript and ....

Your grades are relevant at best when you are applying for your first job.

If you are being asked the same in your 2nd and 3rd job, then you must be doing something terribly wrong. If it is relevant even after that, you must be living on another planet, not this one.
And of course, such questions would be asked by either a law student or a greenhorn lawyer with very little understanding of how the profession works.

I do not remember my grades. Neither do most other successful lawyers you will meet.

I spent a good part of my weekend with a close friend, a VP legal of a finance company. He was helping me to figure out what to teach in a banking and finance litigation course.

Rex making good points here. Given the current climate (midterms) and strong denoals from tje whitehouse youd expect a confiming leak from one of the 13 angry dems.
Stepping back, kastas' recusal might have more to do with his being a former partner at jones day law firm than any previous govt title. For the record, jones day does a $hitload of work for Goldman Sachs.
And for what worth other jones day alums? Scalia, noel fransisco, and don mcghan.
