In my head I imagined describing the roles encouragingly to a few qualified but hesitant women & queers, figuring out together if it was a fit and coaching thru any severe interview jitters.
And... I vaguely remember a few of those! Y'all were 💕sweethearts💕. Thank you SO much, seeing your names in Lever today made it all worth it. 😍
* Over half of responders appeared to be white or Asian dudes.
* Nearly half had no relevant experience
* Many were international residents
I was VERY CLEAR on the latter two: No Hire.
But most of these guys did not seem ... particularly crippled by imposter syndrome. Many were *quite* aggressive about taking up my time.

It was just way overload for me. After that I slept for 40 hours straight.
