I will be (financially) worse off under a Labour Government.

But I’m happy to make that ‘sacrifice’ for the #LabourManifesto because:

My hometown and others like it across our wonderful country have been ravaged by austerity. How can I be content with a few more quid, but see continued decay and misery wherever I travel across the land?

Labour will use the extra tax revenue to improve public services. Brilliant.
• better education services for my nieces and nephs;
• better health care for anyone who gets sick in my family;
• better social care services for my mum and older aunts/uncles and disabled relatives;

• better public transport, great for the environment and economy;
• better network connectivity for the budding entrepreneurs in my community;
• a genuine living wage, great for thousands of service sector staff that assist me in my day-to-day life every year.

• greater assistance to the most vulnerable in our society.

What most people don’t understand is that every single one of us is a major accident and two pay cheques away from relying on handouts.

Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

These radical policies will help people all over the country. Some of whom I rely on to have a career.
I am NOTHING without their support.
Am I some sort of dickhead that I’d want a Government that’d benefit me, at the expense of the people whose backs I’m building a career on?!

In summary:

Virtually everyone who has ever helped / loved me in my life will be better off under a Labour Government.
That is more than worth a couple more quid in the bank.
