Allen Ifechukwu Athan Onyema, the CEO, Chairman & Founder of Nigerian airline Air Peace, was indicted for money laundering & bank fraud.
Ejiroghene Eghagha, the airline's Chief of Administration & Finance, was also charged w/ bank fraud & identity theft.

Ahhh, so Onyema, the airline CEO, had set up a bunch of foundations & non-profits under the guise of promoting peace in Nigeria, but instead, he opened a bunch of bank accounts in Atlanta, GA and transferred over $44.9 million into those bank accounts. 
He also used foundation money to buy airplanes and created fake documents to move his money around through US banks.
