I was very dubious of Douma attribution. The scene, while horrific, looked staged. I spent time parsing the videos and you could see that bodies had been moved around for greater effect and use that information to place videos in chronological order. Foam at mouth in later
2/ videos not present in earlier videos. Many other details suspicious. Michael Kobs was very very sharp eyed as were others.
3/ the hospital videos, while widely disseminated as supposedly horrifying, when examined closely, didn't show anything except people being hosed. There were so many jihadi videographers alerted to scene that they got into one another's videos. Totally staged.
