Headlines this week: The US has “the world’s highest rate of children in detention,” per reports about a UN study on migrant children detained at the US-Mexico border.

Then AFP and Reuters retracted & removed the story. Not because the data was false—because it was from 2015.
Read that again.

The story wasn't corrected. It wasn't updated.

It was removed—as if it never happened.

Why doesn't the UN study matter anymore? We all know the answer. Donald J. Trump wasn't President in 2015. Barack Obama was. This story had the wrong villain.
Even more incredible: As of this moment, the NY Times *still* has the original Reuters story published on its website, with no correction, calling out President Trump for "inhuman" policies while neglecting to even mention President Obama.

For something that happened in 2015.

Congressional Democrats are leaving for vacation with only one real accomplishment this month: effectively shutting down Congress.

Not for lack of legislative work to do.
On Thursday, Speaker Pelosi shrugged off chances of passing USMCA any time soon, saying she doubts there's enough time left this year.

Her party had more than enough time to work on USMCA and issues that matter outside the Beltway—they just wasted it.
Democrats are signaling to the rest of America where their priorities lie: inside the swamp.

Today doesn't look to be a good day for the Deep State if we are reading the map correctly. Wednesday, there was a hit piece that came regarding symbolism on MSNBC about 8/8 and the flags at half-staff. Way left field for even them unless, something on symbolism is dropping

Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation
