Those new promises that they will deliver crumbs having taken the loaf of bread away and spent it all on QE and tax cuts. Problem is, many of us don't even believe they will deliver the crumbs and it's always "crumbs tomorrow" or over a ten year period. So even fewer crumbs ->
I do love this because if you bother to ask who paid for the £450Bn of quantitative easing ... the answer is, you have. The ordinary people unprotected by financial instruments and stocks. You also paid twice through the double whammy of austerity. You were not the beneficiaries.
It is a farcical situation in which they stole your loaf and are now expecting you to cheer and love them because they're offering crumbs in the future whilst blaming everyone else for the problems they created. It's stunning to watch.
