It is good to know that the Presidency endorsed the SSS’ denigration of the sanctuary of our courts against the provision of Section 42(2) of ACJA 2015. They would have endorsed the siege laid on the NASS were the President in the country when it happened.
The Law simply asserts that —No arrest can be effected in a Court. It is a sanctuary of some sort. The sheriff and the civil process Act defines the precinct of the court as anywhere between the gate to the courtroom. But our President cares less about the law of Nigeria.

Some of us are not enemies of the Govt, it is only unfortunate that we can’t align with people working against Nigerians and the constitution of Nigeria. Start identifying the enemies of our democracy controlled by alerts based on their false narratives online. They’ve been paid!
We will keep standing by Nigeria and Nigerians. Especially the vulnerable. The day the Govt choose to focus on governance we will contribute our quota freely but in as much as they remain on the path of Damnation, we won’t agree with them.
Progressive nations build string institutions while those on the precipice worship and empower monarchy within a democracy. It never ends well. The trajectory is unsustainable and we will soon find out by experience how it all ends.
