There are such horrifying implications to all of the stories we tell each other, as a culture, coming from a single company. Even our "opensource" stories like fairytales are more remembered for their Disney animations and countless reboots than as what they are.
I remember being horrified at the ending of Tangled when a mother figure died and was not mourned. When trying to unpack that with kids and adults, "It's ok, she was a bad guy."

Essentially, Disney is forming the consciences of kids, parents, everyone. Is that ok?
Disney tells little girls what it means to be a woman with Princess culture. There is no Disney Princes franchise teaching little boys about kindness, honor, patience, feelings, caring, etc.

Is that ok?
I wonder how this will shape future generations—will future constituents have very defined "good guys are always good and it's ok for anything to happen to bad guys" attitudes? How that will affect international relationships in an era human migration. Who're the "bad guys?"
Disney doesn't sell nuance.

Disney sells you redemption arcs and archetypes.

Disney sells you stories and characters predominantly created and represented by white men from the US.

And you love it.

You looooooove it.
You can't even remember that the real Alice in Wonderland was a mousy brown haired girl. She is only remembered as blonde, blue-eyed and wearing a blue dress with a white apron.

It is that bad.
