Nine movies in and we’ve yet to see even two stars fighting, much less a war.
Even if we are allowing this very misleading use of "star," Battle of the Network Stars was far superior to Star Wars, both in the sheer number of stars and the quantity of their battles.
Every movie begins on a field of stars—not Hollywood stars, but massive balls of gas. In the very title we are promised a war between these stars will be fought, a promise that George Lucas and his minions leave unforgivably unfulfilled.
