2) This unprecedented order by the FISC condemned and verified ongoing wrongdoing by the FBI in the entire FISA process.

Collyer’s order also highlighted just how serious these breaches of conduct actually were, and the potential fallout that could result from the FBI’s actions.
3) Collyer noted that the FBI’s actions were so egregious that their behavior “calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.”
4) Based on the non-nonconsecutive releases and shifting dates, this proved to be slightly more complicated that I had first anticipated.

There is actually a fair bit of info in here - including various dates of notification to the FISC.
