Collyer’s order also highlighted just how serious these breaches of conduct actually were, and the potential fallout that could result from the FBI’s actions.
3) Collyer noted that the FBI’s actions were so egregious that their behavior “calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.”
4) Based on the non-nonconsecutive releases and shifting dates, this proved to be slightly more complicated that I had first anticipated.
