BREAKING: Judge dismisses the lawsuit regarding Ukraine testimony from Bolton deputy Charles Kupperman, declares case moot. 
Importantly, both the House and White House sought this outcome. Intel committee investigators withdrew their subpoena of Kupperman, trying to disentangle the case from legal fights amid impeachment proceedings. White House said Kupperman was “immune” from testimony.
Kupperman has asked for the case to continue because he could still face consequences if House reissued subpoena or held him in criminal contempt. Judge Leon said neither were going to happen.
