1. Rudy Giuliani started the Bracewell NY office in 2005. In 2007 his firm represented Tevfik Arif, Bayrock's money man with alleged links to both Russian & Turkish organized crime. And because all Russian organized crime is Kremlin connected, he could have been required to
2. register under FARA. But then he leaves Bracewell in January 2016 to become head of Greenburg Traurig's Cybersecurity and Crisis Management group.
3. Guiliani was working on Trump's SOHO project with a suspected money-launderer. Then he goes to a firm that is registered as a Turkish agent under FARA. Was Giuliani just put there as a way to move money to Trump? From both Turkey and Russia?
4. When he talks about insurance, is that what he means? If I were the @HouseJudiciary I'd subpoena Greenburg's records. See if they have 1099's and bank records showing payments flowing to Trump.
5. And take a look at this affidavit Rudy filed in the Zarrab case. Do you think Rudy was working on any so-called Trump "drug deals" in 2017? If he was didn't he commit perjury? @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler @RepAdamSchiff @RepJeffries
